Left side selections not working today

When trying to narrow down on the left side of screen navigation - the check boxes do not do anything- please let ebay know- 

BTW can we have an update as to when the Phone support will be reinstated please? Ebay is the only company that I have come across that has just closed its phone support when we need it most. Paypal has support. Credit cards have support. Most companies have maintained a presence.  OF course consider the safety of the employees but lets get some support back to your customers please. Most reports of the online support are of generic cookie cutter responses with no actual resolution or help.    I assume ebay will expect payment for these services that are not being provided......

Are you referring to search results page filters?

Those seem to be working for me at the moment using Firefox and Chrome.

What browser are you using? Do the filters work if you try another browser?

In some cases ad blocking can affect the pop up menus (when using the "see all" links, for instance), so if you are experiencing this, try temporarily disabling ad blocking on that page to see if that makes a difference.

The boxes to check to narrow down the search results. such as when I check- Sold listings to see what has already sold...... the page just sits there nothing happens. I called several other anchor store owners that I work with and then are having the same issue today. 

I use Chrome as per ebays request.  I have been doing this for 18 years. Lots of daily ebay glitches- its just getting frustrating thats all. Its not my cookies or browser. Also I sold an item today that already had sold a year ago- so I had to cancel and refund the buyer and eat the paypal cost again- this is a known glitch that has never been fixed.  I get it a couple times a year. I just checked the boards and there is a fresh discussion about it and its happened to a bunch of other sellers today----- What is going on with their infrastructure????

I appreciate your offering help - but this one is all ebay.  

Although do you by chance know if there is a way to total the (ebay tax collected) column in excel?  I downloaded Ebays CSV file so I have record of state tax that I need to reconcile at year end but they use a text only CVS file so excel does not recognize the formulas........ I cant possible want to tally 60 pages by hand.  Its my understanding that ebay still does not have a solution to give us the tax collected info at the end of the year yet. also the info is only available for 90 days and then forever lost?....

Are you absolutely sure about that? I am able to use those "sold" and "completed" check boxes on the search results page in Firefox and Chrome. It could be a problem on eBay's end, but if so it does not appear to be widespread and you may have to wait a long time for eBay to address the issue once you bring it to their attention if that is the case.

You might want to consider trying those filters in Firefox, or in a Chrome incognito mode browser window to see if it makes any difference. Either of those could be a potential workaround, or an indication that clearing your browser cache ("for all time", not just the default "last hour") might be in order.

I have no experience with eBay tax calculations, so I cannot offer any suggestions there. Asking about that on the selling board might attract more attention from folks with such experience.
