Labels Printing Tiny and Cannot adjust scale

I went to print a 4X6 Thermal Label this morning and it printed very small and when I adjusted the scale it did not do anything. I did not change any of my settings. Is this an issue with Ebay? If not any suggestions on how to fix? It seemed the other platforms were still working fine. Wasted 3 or 4 labels until I gave up and just used a regular printer.

Are you printing using your browser?

Try opening the label with a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader; you should have more options to adjust the scale of the image that way.

Thanks for the suggestion. When I went to PDF I could adjust it in the PDF but when I clicked print and selected the thermal label and made sure I was on 4x6 labels the print preview showed the print very tiny and under printer settings when I went to make the scale larger nothing would happen. Maybe if I reinstall the printer? It was very weird.

Did you get this resolved?  If not come back with OS, browser, and printer model you are using.  A screen shot of the label preview will also help.
