Label prints as blank page

As of this week when I click "print label", my local label "print" box opens, I click on that to print, and the printer shoots a blank page.

Also new, the label file that is automatically downloaded is now two different files containing the same label. I can open my downloads and select either one of those files, open and print, so now that I know what is happening, I cancel the first print job that automatically pops up, then print from the downloaded file. It works, but is several extra steps of wasted time, and is filling my download folder with duplicate labels under different file names.

I get the same response plus pics in listings i'm vewing don't enlarge and when I click to see a different pics nothing changes...

You may want to try another browser for printing labels, to see if that works any better for you.

There is a current glitch causing the duplicate problem and the blank label print dialog not closing, but you can keep from saving the file by setting your browser to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

I'm having this exact same problem. My download folder is full of weird stuff and a blank label spits out every time I click to purchase one via USPS. Very wasteful.
