LABEL PRINTING WORKAROUND -- TRY BACK_TO_CLASSIC

Seen on another board -- try the "Back to Classic" version of the new label page for label printing.

For a simple one-time workaround you can manually edit the URL of the new label page, replacing new_label with back_to_classic.

Another possible workaround -- printing shipping labels directly from PayPal.

at 1st I got a message that the page could not be found. After refreshing several times I got the purchase page. When I tries to purchase the label I got a error message with a exclamation point but no explanation about the error. I checked the shipping label page and PayPal there was no record of a label being bought. So I tried to click purchase again but the same thing happened.

I was able to purchase a label through PayPal but had to first fill out the correct shipping service and weight. After I bought the label through PayPal on eBays end the tracking number automatically updated and did not need to be manually added.

Not all have the back to classic option to check, however as mentioned,  changing the url address in your browser works and is also the way ebay Rep directed me not long ago to get back to classic label. It doesn't stay so for each item I had to renter the info each shipment...… in the url replace new_label with the following:  back_to_classic
