This is what the top of the website looks like for me: There is language selection - English or "cestina" (Czech language)
Anytime I select English it doesn't last long - after some time or after I visit e.g. my account preferences, it switches back to the Czech language.
@duseko Thanks for the screenshot - I'm familiar with the drop-down language options, but assumed English would be primary and you wouldn't have to change it. Apparently that's not how it works, eBay is changing it to match your country instead.
Did you check your Account settings for any language options there?
While we're waiting...You can also try contacting eBay CS on social media - if you use Facebook or Twitter.
They have a very knowledgeable team there and are very good about responding to questions/concerns.
Only use the Private DM or PM Messaging - do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, your real name/address, the email attached to your account, and explain the issue in detail.
They usually respond in a day or two.

Hey @ferncliff-39 and @duseko, this may require some account-specific troubleshooting, in which case we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via your preferred method.
That being said, @krazzykats posted an alternative solution here that sounds like it might take care of the issue too.
