Items not received case

Hello,
         My buyer said me that he has not received items and opened case. 
         I bought this item from amazon and shipped. Tracking company is amazon and this tracking number could not scan by ebay.  I've checked the details and see that the item was delivered and signed by receiver. What can I do? Seller said me that he want this items, but items are expensive $300+ and I can not buy again.

You got your answer in the other thread.  You choose to dropship, your shipper choose to use a carrier that does not supply online viewable delivery confirmation.  You have a buyer that is taking advantage of this issue.  You will be forced to refund.

Dropshipping has serious risks, and as more buyers realize they can get a "freebee" when amazon delivery is used, it's going to happen to many more sellers that dropship.

Unless you have viewable online tracking showing the package has been delivered, they can file item not received and you'll have to refund.

That's one problem trying to use Amazon as a dropshipper.
