Item description not showing

The eBay app is not showing item descriptions while searching for items or my item purchases description. It just shows a spinning circle. Just started doing this today. I’ve cleared cookies, history, and restarted phone twice. Anyone else with this issue? Know how to fix? Thanks in advance!

What version number of the app are you using?

I see item descriptions using version 6.192.0.3 for Android.

Do you see item descriptions if you use a browser?

Hi, thanks for replying. I do have an older version off the app, but the basics still work ( I even have an older phone, no cash for an upgrade yet). Yes, I can view items when I log in to eBay on Google. I’m thinking it’s just a glitch. I had an issue with mail on the eBay app a few months back but it seemed to eventually work itself out. Anyway, maybe I should just give it a few hours and the glitch will go away. Thanks, again!
