Item Specifics Reminders Keep Returning

Even though I click on "Don't remind me about these recommendations again", the reminders keep returning. This has been going on for several days. I had 106 reminders and selected the "don't remind me again" on all of them and 24 more show up so I cleared them and 16 more show up. This morning I had 38 and as soon as I was done clearing them 4 more showed up. Why isn't the "don't remind me again" not sticking?

I know this does not answer your question about why the system is not recognizing your preference, but are you aware you can turn off those reminders under selling activity communication preferences?

The good news is if you turn off the reminders you'll no longer be annoyed by them through email, however you can still access IS recommendations from the Tasks panel on your seller hub overview page:
