Item Specifics Not Saving

Hi,

I have 102 items, in the same category, that need items specifics added. I went to the bulk editor to add them all at once (I REALLY don't want to have to do these individually). After I saved everything and closed out, I exited and noticed that none of them saved. Is anyone else having this problem?

Please tell me that I don't have to go back and reinput them all.

Dang. I hadn't noticed that happening. Did you tick the box that asks them not to remind you again? Heck, it may be a whole new set of specifics that's missing. I really need to do mine and just dread it...

YES! It's months later & still the same issues. I keep trying to add ITEM SPECIFICS as suggested BUT, I add them & THEY DISAPPEAR! I have spoken to multiple reps. They say it's a "glitch" that they are working on. In the meantime, this is a problem! Aside from the annoying reminders to add them (which you can not do) I believe we lose potential customers looking for specific things. THEY NEED TO FIX IT!

I'm not sure if you're in the same situation as me, but after trying to add specifics three times (so frustrating!!), I realized that I had an active offer on the item so eBay would not let me modify the listing in any way.  I'm going to try again after the offer expires. Just thought I'd mention it in case the same thing is happening to you.  All of my listings without offers are updating just fine. 🙂
