Issues with offers

This morning I sent out a bunch of offers and got nothing but this evening I am getting offers from people giving me the same offers I sent out this morning. Weird

For the last 3 months a lot of my customers cannot accept the offers I send to them, so they respond back with the same amount so I can accept. It's been an ongoing technical issue that used to be a ticket but does not seem to be any longer. Not sure why they are not trying to fix it.

When we send offers it also does not work for a long long time but this is getting out of hand.
When will they acknowledge this issue?

The lag between getting a watcher and sending an offer on it is about 4 to 6 hours on my account. Half of the sent offers go to blank screen instead of the offer send page.
