Issue with Seller Level

Anyone else seeing anything weird under their seller level on the seller Dashboard? Mine is saying current month 1 defect transaction rate of .20% but the one that is saying for next evaluation if we evaluated you today it would be .44 and saying I may be at risk of losing my status.  I haven't had to cancel any transactions or have had any issues since the last evaluation 11/20/2023 is this maybe a known issue?

I don't see anything odd. It looks like your sales volume decreased.

"Current level" is based on 3 months of sales (defect = 1 out of 507 transactions).

"If we evaluated you today" level is based on 12 months of sales (defect = 8 out of 1,829 transactions).

You have to maintain a sales volume of 400 transactions in the last 3 months for eBay to count only 3 months of transactions when calculating your defect rate.

I have 2224 positive reviews, been selling for 12 years and now because I had 4 people ask to return items in the last 12 months(only one told the truth that I had said the wrong size of ring by accident)I have lost my top seller status, cannot promote items, and have an email from Ebay saying I am at risk of losing selling privileges.  Without promotions my sales have dropped, and I need to sell items to raise my positive percentage.  I feel like I am being treated unfairly.  One return I have against me actually realized the accusation was incorrect and ended up keeping and paying for item, I still have that as a ding against my status.  What gives?  Very frustrated.
