There's still an issue when you respond to an eBay message using Send an Offer. It still flags eBay urls as offsite communcations and/or phone numbers. This makes it impossbile to include links to other related items the buyer might be interested in and more importantly eBay promotions (such as the one today 10% off anything).
Why is it so hard for eBay to detect that the url is for eBay? It's outright laziness and shortsightedness on part of the developers for the website.
