I was having this same issue with Seller Level regarding tracking yesterday but as of today that piece was corrected. Now this morning when viewing the Guaranteed Delivery I am now seeing the issue of tracking not uploaded on time when all of my tracking was uploaded on time. see attached screenshot

Same issue here.
Explains all my "Stay eligible with help from your dashboard" spam I'm getting within the last few days.
So many issues, getting too much to list here.
The glitch on the shipping calculator directing back to the item description is getting terrribly annoying too . Another handful of "can you tell me how much 3 of these is to......" questions. I can't even use the tool myself to get them a quote on shipping. I have to go to USPS tools. If a seller even has to leave the site, where does that leave our buyers???

I believe it is now "Upload tracking and scanned by a mail carrier."
I could be wrong.

All of my items have already been scanned, tracking uploaded, shipped and delivered all on time.

I'm having the exact same issue. Calling CS now to complain/inform them of this new glitch. I'm SURE we are not the only ones. Geeze. What next? No, forget I asked that. We should all call so they are aware of this issue.

So, called CS and reported this new glitch on the Guaranteed Delivery tracking uploaded on time and validated issue. She said they had no concrete reports of it at this time and would escalate it to the Tecnhical Team. I also let her know that for some members, the ebucks page has disappeared from the website, and US users have to go through ebay Canada website to see their ebucks page. Also, reiterated that we still have no views on our active listings for some members, she said they are still working on it. Well, I did my bit for today, getting a little weary of it all.

When speaking to CS, you or anyone, ask them why, when you've purchased eBay Shipping labels on eBay, they scold and defect you for not uploading on time when "uploading" is automatic via eBay Shipping. So far I've not gotten any explanation, just the removal of the alleged defects. So, ask them that too.

No this has not been resolved.
It seems the tracking issue has been resolved for our "regular' seller performance metrics but not in the Guar Del performance metrics
My is showing that .9% of my GD items had tracking uploaded when it should be 100% or close (if there was a USPS error and they didn't scan on time. And that IS showing .9% (less than 1%!!! having been scanned.

Issue still present on our account as well; Guaranteed Delivery panel shows "0%" of tracking updated/validated. When I view the "full report", there are several columns that are blank and have no information at all, which I'm sure is what's throwing the error. Thanks.
