Is anyone having trouble adding to notes on listings or making any other actions?

I can no longer add notes to my listings or take any other action. Is there a system problem?

Yes can't seem to do anything including sending offers. Definitely an Ebay glitch!

Same but cleared cache and history and restarted and now everything works fine.
