I tried all the same fixes while eBay kept telling me for months they were unaware of any such problems and trying to blame me. And they never would explain why I was getting all other eBay emails, just not search notices. Obviously, they don't monitor this, their own forum, or they would see just how many members aren't getting thjese emails and aren't buying as a result.
I finally started blasting eBay on their Facebook page, which they do monitor and reply to. It took over 3 months of constant posts until they did something, but they finally did. Only problem is they restored every search I ever followed, including nearly 100 that I had deleted. So now I must slog through nearly 200 emails a day just to find the few I am really still searching for. Be careful what you wish for!
