No, at least it isn't on my end. I've been listing all day without any issues. 
What device/ browser are you using? 
I am using PC with Windows 10 on Edge browser when I'm working at my desk and Laptop with Windows 11 on Edge when I'm not at my desk.

Windows 10 with Google Chrome.  Maybe I should switch browsers!
