Invalid photo error CLERR002

Hello friends,

                                  I have a problem when I upload picture in my listing than I get Invalid photo (CLERR002) Error and it is coming again and again so please Solve My Problems As soon As Possible.....Trying another browser did not help.tried everything nothing works..please  HELP!!!!!

Is your photo jpg/jpeg?

Is you photo at least 500 pixels on the longest side?

yes mate..I tried a lot of things but nothing worked I dont know what to do

This seems to be an old problem that crops up at different times.

Other things to check is whether your image is over 1600 pixels on any side.  Also you might was to try using a different browser.

Yeah, looks like it's an intermittent technical problem that needs to be reported.

Tried Browsers - Firefox, Google and brave.

Cleared cookies and cache.

Even attempted to download pics directly from smug mug using a url

These are pictures that were working just last night, now, nothing works.
