Incorrect Box Size for USPS Regional Rate Box A

I was about to purchase a mailing label today for a Regional Rate Box A and noticed that the dimensions listed are the inner dimensions, not the outer.

I've paid I don't know how much in "short paid" postage fees. I hope minor mistakes like this aren't part of the reason.

The dimensions don't matter as long as you purchased a RRA postage label and affixed it to a RRA box.

Is it safe to assume that none of the APV charges you incurred were for RRA boxes @shaeppe10?
