The image attachment function in eBay messages fails to load correctly when using desktop. Uploaded images display as a white square. As far as I know it works fine with the eBay mobile app, but this is a serious bug and needs to be fixed urgently.
This has also been happening for me, both on mobile and browser -- about 8/10 message attachments are not viewable upon reciept. This has been going on for about 5 days now. What's going on, ebay???
I am unable to see image attachments on the desktop or mobile. Has anyone found a work around? There is a paperclip next to the message indicating that there is an attachment. I just can't see it in any browser.
