Can't seem to get the eBay Icon back on my Android Tablet Home Page.

What version of Android are you using? And what version of the eBay app?
You can solve many common app issues by uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the latest version of the eBay app from the Google Play Store.
