ISSUES

We are having issues reported from customers. They state when placing orders they are unable to go 100% through the checkout.

I believe your post got cut off @showtimepowersports_delaware . Can you provide the rest of the info about what type of issues your buyers are encountering? Item number(s)? Error message? Multiple buyers? Specific country? etc.

 

"Unable to complete checkout" is not enough information to go on; there are too many checkout variables.

We don't have screen shots because its not on our end. The customer goes through the process of paying for an item, and getting a loading circle on there screen and then it goes away and acts like the order has been placed. They get no confirmation of the order or a order number. They explained after they go back through and the item is still listed on ebay and the order never went through.

Is this from one customer or many customers?

 

If it's only one customer, I'd ask them if they're using the app or the website. If app, then suggest they download the latest version of the app, or suggest they delete the app, turn off their phone, then reinstall app after rebooting. You can also suggest they use the website instead of the app or vice versa.

 

It's really tough to help without more info. Perhaps direct the buyers here and we can try to help?
