IOS App become unusable

Can no longer use the eBay IOS app effectively, the screen will freeze either on the first or second search and have to be closed to regain any functionality on which the same will happen upon researching items. I have updated it, restarted the phone muiltiple times and reinstalled the app multiple times and the issue persists. Been like this since Monday having never had an issue before.

Sometimes uninstalling the app, restarting your device and then installing again will help. The restart in between ensures a clean install. But it sounds like you have already tried that.

If that does not help, try posting on the iOS app board. Be sure to include details of your iOS version, app version and device model.

In the mean time, use a browser to go to ebay.com instead of the app.

Thanks, tried the hard reinstall again just to make sure and yep still freezing. I didn’t know there was a special forum so  I shall post there and use browser till it’s resolved
