Anyone can help me please..

Here is the flow of my concern. I have already a 100 listing on my Excel file and I need to ''UPLOAD'' it. But when I'm about to hit the upload button - it doesn't work at all, only the ''DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE'' and LEARNING RESOURCE'' where I can access it. What should I do

Being a new seller, it's probably lower then 100.

Have you signed up for Managed Payments?

I have 20 listings only, Sir. 

I think I haven't signed yet ,. But sir, my client was giving me permission to add products to their store.. And I set it as default but still can't have access to UPLOAD maybe It's because I haven't signed the payment

I have seen new sellers with a limit of 5 listings. There is a $$ limit too in addition to the # of items. Good luck.
