Using Google I get "Internet has stopped working" message seconds after home page opens.  eBay works okay if I use Firefox browser.

There is a coding issue between the eBay main (home) page and Internet Explorer.

 

Best workaround is to bookmark another eBay page to bypass the home page.

Consider change browser, since ebay doesn't go well with IE.
