I cannot change my address

I moved from Hong Kong to Australia and I failed to change the address in Personal Info in eBay.

However I could change my postage address successfully under Addresses

Every time when I saved the address in Personal Info, I got the below error. Please advise

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the country of registration any more, for at least some countries. You will need to create a new account, registered in the correct country.

The restrictions on changing the country apply to Selling accounts, Buying accounts can change their location (country).

The entity that operates Managed Payments is Australia is exclusive to Australia, selling accounts originally created on ANY other eBay site cannot be used for selling activities from Australia.
