I cannot access my Reports Plus

I'm trying to get my tax information ready for accountant, but cannot access my Reports.

Is the server really down or do I need to do something in my privacy settings?

Same here, I called 2 days ago. Took forever to get CS to understand what I was talking about.
Then was told it would be fixed in 24-48 hours.
Well, its been 48 hours and no fix yet.

Now was told 72 hours!

I haven't been able to access Sales Report Plus all week.  Called and emailed, but haven't gotten any updates.  Hope it gets back up soon so I can get 2019 in order for taxes.  The problem should be on their announcement board. This is still what I get.

I just called again and they said they did away with sales reports. Call paypal and you can get it there. That is what I was told.

I also need this report to get a few numbers to finish up my taxes before leaving for FL the end of the month. Where are you Ebay????  I need a sales number and I do not get that from Paypal since their reports have so many other numbers in their totals.  I found another Ebay report with a sales total and that number too makes no sense since there are all kinds of fees, shipping amounts etc. in it.  Where can I go to get a simple sales total for Dec?  It was so easy on the Sales Reports Plus screen, I am hoping it's not true what the last person said that they are discontinuing that report.  Last summer Ebay took away my "cost of items" field on the sales record and now this?

Same issue here.  Needing it for completing taxes.  Can't use the Paypal report as suggested because it doesn't have everything needed.

Still down as of 1/22 .......called and was told tech issue but it may also be poofed for good ?
