I can't copy a template (draft)

trying to use the seller hub and my drafts.  I have drafts I have recently used and I am trying to copy them to make more auctions and I keep getting an error message.

Try this. Refresh the templates page. Then try to copy a template. When you get the error message, just close the error, then refresh the page again and see if the copy is there. Works the same way for drafts.

It's also worth noting that you get only 50 templates. If you try to copy over the limit it just won't work. HTH.

It's been going on for 2 full days now, I called it in this morning and "they are working on it".

I’ve called everyday since it’s not working.  Get told the same thing, they are aware and working on It.
they forced me to stop using turbolister and now can’t provide their owner listing tool yet we pay more and more fees to eBay.  Pretty annoying.

This morning I didn't have any problems with templates, but could not get copying drafts to work. New workaround for both is to go to a scheduled or ended page, right click on the drop-down box and click on "List similar". Edit this item entering the info for the item you want to list. When complete, if you want to save it as a draft, click on "Save as draft" at the bottom. If you want to save as a template, click on "List Item" and at the next box click on "Create template" and then "Save template". It's a good idea to take a quick check on your Active items to see if it's been listed, but I did not have that problem.

A real PITA, thanks to eBay's inept programming, but it works for me. Don't count on eBay getting this fixed anytime soon.

I have been going to my completed listings and just re listing them and changing those to fit what I am selling now.  Thanks for the workaround
