Highest price sorting not working

For instance, When you search Patti Playpal Doll & add "Highest Price First". Mine does not come up. My doll is 1600.00. It is found way down in the feed, among 5.00 items. This is a problem. Because when a person is searching for my doll they pick highest price so they can see the best dolls fast. Not have to look thru 9000 items, like a Patti Plypal outfit, to find it. This just happened. My doll always came up first. So this IS a technical "Search" issue.

I was checking the price on a few of my items this morning and did notice that searching by lowest price + shipping was not calculating the prices correctly.

I am also seeing the same problem. My items for sale are not being correctly sorted when clicking the Lowest price + shipping button. Is this a problem that Ebay is aware of?

yes, I called and Ebay said they are aware of the issue.

Just called and Ebay said they were not aware  of any issue and opened a ticket for me

After about an hour on the automated chat I finally got the number. Then had a rep tell me everything is fine. It sorts by best match. After I tried to explain when you use "sort" Highest or Lowest doesn't sort. She still didn't understand. Then I asked for technical number and was told there is no number for technical. Then she finally put in a report & gave me a ticket number.

I called & got a ticket number on 11/9 at 7am.  Then wrote the post in technical, just in case! 🙂

I typed Patti PayPal in the Best Match search, eBay's default search and 255 items came up, with your listing being number 53 on the page. I refreshed the page and it shows 254 with your doll being 52. Must have sold one in the last several minutes.

But you are correct. In highest price it shows less dolls available with one costing $1200 as the highest price.

Could be a glitch.

Did you get an actual ticket number or just the response that they created a ticket?

Did they give you any time estimate as to when the problem with the Highest and the Lowest Price Buttons may be fixed?
