Higher selling limits glitch

Hi everybody, maybe some of you run into a "request higher selling limits" error? The thing is that I do not have any item for sale and never had, but when i try to publish my listing It says that I need to request higher limits.

And when I am on the listing there is not "Payment option" or "Domestic shipping" section on it.

That screenshot shows you are opted into using business policies which replaces/overrides individual shipping/payment control on the listing form. You need to edit/create/enable a business policy for shipping and for payment, or opt out of business policies.

You are in Denmark. As a non-US seller, eBay may be requiring that you request a selling limit increase to even start, and talking to them on the phone may be the only option. (Does the continue button not become active unless you select the "talk to us on the phone" option?)

I have created them if these which you are talking about.

Yes, I've tried to contact them, but it always says that "subscriber cannot be reached at the moment"

Then you are using business policies and that is why the normal shipping and payment options do not appear on the listing form - all that is handled by those business policies.

As far as contacting eBay, I have nothing.

Are you trying to reach them from the US page or the Denmark site?   US site requires a transatlantic call, there is no email........  You might try asking from the UK site..........
