Customers are claiming they haven’t received the packages i shipped. I purchased the labels from Ebay and shipped thru my local Post Office, same as always! However, now when i click on sold items it says package shipped add tracking number and i did check to see if the number is already entered when i click “ADD TRACKING NUMBER”, but NO, there is ZERO tracking number assigned to multiple packages shipped using Ebay shipping labels, and the packages have all mysteriously disappeared. How is this even possible since you cant print a shipping label WITHOUT a tracking number being assigned already to that label/package/item!? Now, im having to pay for theae items when I have done all that i can and is required of me as the seller???
