How do we fix this issue? Any help would be appreciated.
We are using M2E pro to manage our listing and their team had previously opened a case with eBay dev support regarding these issues but there wasn't any solution provide. It was confirmed by the eBay Dev team that eBay EPS faces HTTP_STATUS 403 error when it tries to retrieve content from https://vortex-audio.com/pub/media/catalog/product/h/t/httpswww.pyleaudio.com1000slsupst15_04.jpg and https://vortex-audio.com/pub/media/catalog/product/h/t/httpswww.pyleaudio.com1000slsupst15_02.jpg.
Our picture meets the eBay requirement so we are not sure how we could go about fixing this issue. This issue has been happening for almost a year and there still no solution. Any help would be appreciated.
