Everytime I try to hide my completed purchases they keep coming back? Any issues with this?

Good luck. I have the same issue and I have called customer service more than once. I have tried several ways to get rid of all my received item & have had no luck. Customer service is aware of the problem & nothing has been done to fix it.

Hi all same for me started about a week ago . my summery page is filling up fast . cant hid orders anymore .

For me this started on June 27-28. To date nothing has changed, problem still there. Coding error somewhere that has not been found and corrected. Coding errors seem to be happening more and more.

I noticed that the items that I try to hide and they keep coming back are not updating in the estimated delivery time box. The tracking number shows delivered though. The ones I am able to hide the estimated delivery time updates to show delivered on a date and I am able to hide that order. Some update and some do not. I have called Ebay and they act like they do not understand what I am talking about. Tracking is not syncing with PayPal on some orders as well. I had a seller go into PayPal and manually add shipped and add tracking number thinking that might update Ebay but it has been 2 days with no luck. I hope Ebay gets it fixed soon. Very frustrating

Hi If this is a coding error then it seems it would effect every eBay user . And it would be a priority 1 for eBay to fix .

there is no communication at all from eBay . Are we the only 3 users having this problem ?

When it comes to technical issue you should be able to contact eBay . And get some kind of response .

I guess as long as you can buy and sell its not a priority for them .

I just hide multiple items from a seller that had no feedback and they stayed hidden. Any items I try to hide that have feedback will not stay hidden.

I have tried contacting EBay before with issues and never received any type of reply. Eventually the issue disappeared.

I, too, now have the same problem, with it starting a couple of weeks ago.

While I am able to "hide" items where only one item was purchased from that Seller, the two transactions that keep on coming back had two and three different items chosen from each Seller... and no matter what I do, they continually come back (thereby making it difficult to keep track of what has already been received, and what has not)!

Since I am obviously not the only one experiencing this problem, what's taking eBay so long to address this fairly recent problem? It's driving me nuts. Ebay, are you listening?

I am having the same issue. Some of my items will stay hidden but others will not. For eBay being such a big tech company you would think they would have better customer service contact options. The whole "call us and we can help you" system is stupid and out of date. I hope eBay reads these issues in the forum...probably not. Which is why they created the community forum in the first place. I do hope they get this glitch resolved soon.

Gonna bump this thread, too. I bought two of an item from the seller and theirs is the only transaction I can't "hide."

No refund involved, feedback exchanged, no kinky shipping problems, no emails exchanged, nothing to cause it to remain in view. It's not the end of the world but it annoys me. Glad I'm not the only one. Sheesh.

"Tech" company my well upholstered backside, there's a glitch a minute anymore.

I've discovered another problem that might be possibly related to these "can't hide" issues... when I went into my PayPal account to see if there was something that could be done on that end... NONE of these two orders that are dogging me are even showing up! (In fact, despite dozens of eBay purchases over the last few months, only 3 (all small 35-cent payments for ad renewals) are showing up... with NONE of my regular purchases even showing up anymore!

Perhaps this new issue is tied to the eBay issue, but the bottom line is... now I have to call PayPal to put the bug in THEIR ear about THIS issue!

You aren't the only one.

If you look at the community questions here and other parts, there are close to 50 different variations of this question, with no real answers or people trying to tell someone how to simply "Hide order" or giving them bogus causes like, "Seller didn't mark as shipped" or "Multiple items from single seller can't be hidden".

It's frustrating.

It will appear hidden with the "Undo" option, but they always come back when you leave the page.

Clear your cache and cookies, use a different browser, log out and log it simply do not work. I just hit 10K feedback and wish there was a real technical area where bugs could be addressed. The ESL customer service is no help at all.

Just adding my "me too". I have just one order that I can't hide (haven't had any since). Started June 26th. There are two items in the order. Since I don't have any additional order since this one I don't know if it is just effecting multi-item orders. All I know is that it is d**m annoying and I wish eBay would get off their ass and fix it.
