Graphs on Seller Views Pages do not work with Android app

This has been going on for a couple of months.  My Android Ebay app does not show the Views Graphs.  It is completely blank.  I have tried everything to fix this.  I have deleted and reinstalled the Ebay app twice.  I have deleted the Cache numerous times.  I have updated the Ebay app several times.  My Android software is up to date.  Nothing I have tried is correcting this issue.  My laptop works fine.  My husband's Apple app works fine.  It's the Android app that needs fixing.  I have reported this to Ebay and the Community a few times.   Please, what can be done to fix this?

If the app is not working, only eBay can fix it.

In the mean time, can you use a browser to see those graphs?

Yes, I can use a browser, which is how I see the graphs that my Android app doesn't show.  And yes, I know that only Ebay can fix this.  The problem is that Ebay hasn't addressed this issue and I am not the only person having this issue.  This makes it difficult to manage my listings.

The more users report this issue directly to eBay, the more likely eBay is to take action to address it.

App issues can be reported to eBay directly by shaking the device while the app is active if that feature is enabled.

Is this the view you're referring to? If so, it's working for me on Android 15 / Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

If you file a report, make sure to include details about your device, version of Android, etc.

Yes, that is the view I'm referring to.  I have a Samsung S20S+ and currently run Android Version 13.  I never received 14 as an update.  I usually only receive security updates now, although the last time this took place was a couple of months ago.  I REFUSE to buy a new phone for one app.  My phone is in very nice shape and all other apps work as intended.  Very frustrated with this situation.
