Graph on Seller Views Page not working

The graph showing seller views by date for the past 30 days is not working. I tried the drop down to change to the last 7 days and it's still not showing the graph.

I can't replicate this error. Are you still running into this problem @ligo-3140 ? Did you try a different browser?

I am having this issue as well on the android app. None of my listings display the line chart for their views anymore, it is completely blank and has been for a week now. I can see the line charts on desktop but would like this functionality to return to my mobile app.

Yes I have the android app also. The graph shows on my desktop also, but I need it to show on the app. Any idea what is causing this?

Everything on my phone is up to date and I've tried reinstalling the app several times. I believe it happened to me at around the same time as you, probably in an update to the app. I've sent error reports to ebay every other day, and they don't get back to me. Not much more I can do but keep sending them more reports.

Hi...I am having the same problem.  I use the Android app.  I tried deleting and reinstalling the app.  I tried deleting the cache several times.  I even applied the Ebay app update about a week ago.  I tried everything that can be done with an app.  Nothing fixes this.  My desktop works fine.  Is this happening with the Apple app?  This needs to be fixed already!

I saw this issue pop up on safari (laptop) earlier on one of my accounts. Its been random the past week on that account and before that it was happening on another account. 

My gut says they are doing rolling updates to servers but also seem to be screwing everything up along the way

I'm not tech savvy, but have seen it suggested that one can use "a browser" instead of "the app" on the phone when the "app" is being problematic. Not a "solution", but a "workaround" for the moment.

Yes, you can use a browser but it is a lot less convenient and a lot of times links on ebay will launch the app instead of loading in the browser. So what used to be a very simple and efficient way of checking on my views is turned into a chore. It's one of the main purposes for using the app imo, it's been close to 2 weeks and is very frustrating.

That can be disabled. Using iOS, tap and hold such an eBay browser link and choose "don't open in the app". For Android, go to Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by Default: Open supported links and choose "don't open in the app".

I am still having the same Graph issue for weeks now.  I have tried everything.  I use the Android app.  Funny enough...I just logged in with my husband's phone (Apple) and his app works fine.  A beautiful graph.  Ebay has to fix the Android app already.  This is getting extremely frustrating.  Is anybody from eBay listening?

Also experiencing this.  After installing the latest update of the eBay app, the View Graph feature is still not displaying. I’ve already tried restarting the app and my device, but the issue persists.

When I reverted to an older version of the app, the View Graph showed up again. However, I don’t want to miss out on future updates.

Where did you find an older version of the app?  At this point, I'll try anything.
