Glitch

When I go to look at my recent purchase on Ebay site, a pop-up comes on saying item removed. Only can see item I bought on payment details.

Also happening on current listed items. Purchases are not removed from watch list either. This is not happening on Ebay app on cell. How do I correct glitch on Ebay site on the computer? Thanks

I've been having a glitch about refunds and the order completely disappeared , only way I can find order is from customer being upset abiout refund. Even though its here fault for ordering something that clearly stated the correct color and she canceled because she wanted a diff color luckily before I have shipped out. Every time I try to send a refund is is unable to process. Ebay mentioned there fixing this but it hasn't been fixed yet.

Still having same pop-up when trying to see original purchase listing stating item was removed  if listed for over 90 days even though just purchased. Same pop-up when trying to view current listed items as well.  Called Ebay customer service. He said he could do nothing but forward to technical support. No changes yet. Still same pop-up.
