I made a Best Offer for a quantity of 2 items. The offer was automatically rejected, so I attempted to make a higher offer and got this message from eBay.
"Sorry, you are not allowed to purchase this item. This item is only available to buyers who have not purchased 2 or more items from this seller in the past 10 days."
I have not purchased anything from this seller. This glitch prevents buyers from making a second offer.
