I have had a couple of buyers recently purchasing multiple items which I have posted together. I have then refunded them the excess postage amount for combined shipping. My question is why ebay do not automatically refund the fees for the amount I returned to the buyer. As I am now on managed payments I have refunded £39 and it has cost me £39 but ebay have still got the fees that they charged me.
I am trying to solve this via chat but keep getting told they will refund but nothing happens.
Anybody had any success with this?
