Getting error trying to view buyer offer this morning 4/28. I am the seller.

Try accepting an offer through messages, or through the eBay app.

 Same error .... can't accept offers and loosing money .......

@eburtonlab  Thank you for the suggestions.  Unfortunately, nothing worked.  I keep getting the same upstream error.  

@enjoytreasure  @mattva  Sorry you are in the same boat with me.  It is very frustrating.  Thank you for replying.

For my own sanity, I am going to go do something else for awhile and hopefully things will be back on track when i log back on.  Fingers crossed.

Same here. I spoke with Ebay Customer Support and they're sending a 'ticket' to the Appeals Team...not Tech Support...and will keep the offer 'alive' for 4 days. But my listing will automatically end in 3. So much for that...lol.

At least one user has indicated that it was possible to accept an offer via the eBay app.

I also was able to do it through the app. It wasn't working before but I guess I lucked out and timed it right. Sold the item too! Woohoo! Now I hope the lable process goes smoothly.

@krzltd I was able to successfully accept an offer about 15 minutes ago.  Hopefully it will work for you, too. I only had 1 offer, so I'm not sure if it is still working.
