I cannot print the label to return an item. When I try to print the label, I get an error message: "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again." I've been getting this error message for 4 days. The item was purchased as a "guest," not through by ebay account and I wonder if this is causing a problem.

If you bought the item with the guest account , you need to return with the same guest account you bought the item with.

Thank you. Yes, I did that, but am getting a technical error when I try to print the return label. I just submitted the issue to the technical people, so maybe they can help.

You cannot print a guest purchase return label if you are signed in to your eBay account. Sign out of your account first, and then use the link to print the label.
