Get a message from customer asking if i received payment for a cassette they bought an hr ago, i have yet while typing this get the notification about a sale, on either mobile or computer. going on 2hrs now.. Here where it gets interesting, when i look up thew cassette in my store its still live, but when i click on the item & go to it, it says the tape has been sold & is out of stock. Now, there is only 1 quantity not multiple so why is it still live & why haven't i got the notification about a sale so i can ship it out. doesn't say in seller hub either. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you seeing the order anywhere on this page? Could have been a system delay earlier. This filter shows all orders, whether paid, unpaid, cancelled, etc.

As for why the listing is still live and out of stock: you probably have the "out of stock" setting turned on. Your listings are still live, but no quantity available, cannot be purchased, and will not appear in search.

Turn off the setting here under the multi-quantity listings section:
