Friendly printer option not showing up

Hi, Is anyone else having this issue with the print friendly option not showing up on the orders to print a PDF? If so please let me know! as I am going mad thinking that it is my computer/printer! Also, do you know of another way to print a pdf of my order receipt that shows the eBay colour logo?

Me too is missing to print order details! I have contacted 2x help on ebay, they did not know about it, and said they will solve the problem but its still whole day unsolved. 😞 I need documents for custom procedures before delivery its very serious trouble!!!! Without tax invoice and order cant my purchase go through custom!!! :-((((((((((((

You should still be able to print the standard order details page using Control-P, which, though not as compact as the "printer friendly version", has all the same details.

Use the "Tell us what you think" link to provide eBay page developers with some needed feedback regarding the missing page feature.
