Utilizing keyword search on past sent messages is how we access prior verification pre-written messages to copy and paste quickly to save time. Without bringing up secondary program.
The problem is, when searching by keyword of a listing title, it is not populating all archived messages as usual pertaining to that keyword. It seems to leave out a lot of recently archived messages. For example, one listing we send several messages to a week, and I couldn't find a single archived message from that listing in the past couple months.
If I search by username, it works fine.
Another issue to this is some archived messages show up in bold, indicating they are unread. I can click on these and that should log that message being read. Next time I go back its back bold and unread. Doesn't matter much, but that is another glitch.
