For two days I have not received any emails regarding Followed Searches. How can this problem be fixed?

The last I received Followed Search emails was on April 14, 2017. I re-created them before two days but still not receiving emails.

The last I received Followed Search emails was on April 14, 2017. I have not gotten them since then. I do receive emails when an item is ending or relisted. But not my followed searches. I might find something to buy, but now I won't, since ebay doesn't want to let me know!
At least I'm saving money. And ebay, you're losing money.

My last search emails for this account where 04/17/17. My other ebay account has not missed a day.
No other site I know of has these problems. We all had them 20 years ago when everyone was still learning but with ebay it is still one issue after another. How can anyone grow a business in this unreliable problematic system??

I found these recent posts, but I have no "reply" button to answer them. Not that I have the answer, just that they are not alone.
By the way, yes, I have checked my preferences. My followed searches do have the ones I have subscribed to receive emails checked.

Same here! Its been nearly a week with no saved search emails and I didnt change any settings!

I JUST fixed this issue!!! 😁
Go to Account / communication preference/ scroll down to where it says, 'Email Frequency' and make sure it says 'daily'.
Ebay glitch had suddenly changed mine to 'weekly'.

Thanks for asking - I'm using Firefox. I've been using it for years, and never had a problem like this before. I think Ebay has turned off something, and they need to turn it back on.

As of this morning I am still getting all mine using windows 10 with Edge
I see a post on here about Firefox but it's a check out issue & ebay not supporting Firefox
I wonder how many with the emails search issue are Firefox users
Seems so strange that my browser is working for my saved search emails & so many others are not.
If others post that they are Firefox as well then maybe it is an issue with that browser

Yeah, it makes no sense for it to be a Firefox issue, since these are *emailed* searches. The check out issue is another story, since that's obviously on the website itself.
I don't personally think it's a Firefox problem. It's an eBay problem, one that happens at least once a year it seems. I don't understand why they can't get it fixed for good. =/
