I recently sold an item. Every time I reloaded the order page, the Attention portion of the address would fluctuate between two different numbers. I caught this and asked the buyer for the correct shipping information.
I thought the ship-to address would be static once the buyer's order is placed. So this behavior seems like a bug of the platform.
