File Exchange

Anyone else having problems with the getting File Exchange page to load? On the phone with eBay waiting 10 minutes so far.

Does anyone from @ebay have an ETA or details on this situation?

When I finally got through to eBay they are aware of the issue and working on it. They have no estimated time when it will be fixed and there is no work around.

I would go to tools & app board
Appears to be posts there about this issue

ebay reps seem to respond better on that board to file exchange issues, not here

Have not been able to use it either. Same with my brother and his store
