On my Feedback page, there is "view item" option, but I notice some users do not have this.   Is there a way to turn it off?   And how can I do this?

That "view item" link in your feedback is only visible to others on feedback for items you have sold; for items you have bought, only you can see that link.

If someone is motivated enough, it is possible for them to comb through your "feedback left for others", follow a link to one of your sellers, and then comb through their feedback looking for a link to items you have bought.
