Feedback reply is not working

I am clicking the link to 'reply' to feedback received and the page just reloads, there is nowhere I can make the reply.

Now suddenly 'reply to feedback received' is working.

Are you using firefox as a browser?  We have the same issue with firefox - works, doesn't work.  Just wonky.

Try logging out, back in, clearing cache and cookies.
