Feedback icon not visible

In my purchase history I can't find feedback icon anymore. What's wrong with page? Please find attached screen shot.

If you are referring to leaving feedback, and the "leave feedback" option being missing from the "more actions" dropdown:
You have 60 days after listing ends (not after payment or delivery) to leave feedback. For those purchases, the window to leave feedback closed on about 6/10.

If by icon you mean this:

No idea. Mine shows as you can see (old PH view) - no idea if supposed to be there on UK site.

What should I do now? Even after 60 days I couldn'd leave my feed back. It seems that I can't use ebay regulary anymore?! Isn't that issue for ebay web developers?

This is still unclear. You CAN NOT leave feedback AFTER 60 days.

Did you mean you have not been able to leave feedback BEFORE 60 days elapse?

The icon group in the image I posted disappears after 60 days from purchase history, and never had any effect on leaving feedback or any other function - it is only for display of payment, shipping, and feedback status.

For purchases, before 60 days have elapsed, the blue button that now is showing "Sell Similar" usually says "Leave Feedback" (or sometimes "Return this item"). If the blue button doesn't show "leave feedback" then it should be available under "more options" on the right for that purchase. (after 60 days the feedback option disappears from the button and from "more options".
