Ebay should limit the amount of characters buyers can write on a sellers feedback. I think its ridiculous that they allow buyers to write a book like this nonsense book some lady wrote on my feedback!

I would not worry too much about how many characters they leave and concentrate on what feedback you reply to it with. Your feedback reply was rather benign (looks ok) and by keeping it professional and polite is what you want to do if you need to reply. Feedback is becoming worthless as time goes by. IMHO

Their feedback looks like a coded message from the Zodiac killer. I would not take their feedback seriously and i don't think many would as well.
