For this, I have celled in , MANY times, and depending on who you speak to, the answers will change. I have heard several different sstories
- It will only show if the buyer will recieve it in 3 business days.
- It only shows for buyers close to you
- It not showing is a technical issue, a ticket needs to be submitted
- it showing is at the descretion of ebay
- if it is not value added to the buyer, it will not be shown.
The last one resulted in a very convoluted conversation, talking in circles that did not follow ANY logic whatsoever.
Me: We both see my listing is the lowest priced in search, correct?
Agent: Yes
Me: And it has free shipping, correct?
Agent: Yes
Me: Is it Priority shipping, fast shipping, correct?
Agent: Yes
Me: So I qualify for the fast N Free to show?
Agent: Yes
Me: Then why is my listing not showing this?
Agent: It not value added for the Buyer
Me: Why?
Agent: Compared to other listings, even those that charge shipping, it is not priced competetivly and not value added.
Me: What? I am THE lowest priced with free shipping!
It is my honest personal opinion, that Merchant Support has acclimated to "any port in a storm", and pulling raabbits from hats as answers to what they do not understand and cannot explain. If it is not working right, I beg of them, please be honest instead of running us in circles.
On the other hand, honesty would required submitting tickets to fix the issue, and the "Tech Department" would no longer be able to spend all day playing "Clash of Clans"
